アルバムについて
1994年のトラフィック再結成ツアーの記録でCDとDVDでリリースされている（両フォーマットの曲構成は同一）。DVD映像はコンサートの模様を中心に、バックステージの映像やインタビューなどで構成されている。メンバーはスティーヴ・ウィンウッドとジム・キャパルディに加え、1974年のアルバム "When The Eagle Flies" でベーシストとして参加していたロスコ・ジーも名を連ねている。また "Dear Mr. Fantasy" ではグレイトフル・デッドのジェリー・ガルシアがゲスト出演している。
CDのほうはDVD付きデュアルディスク仕様となっており、スティーヴ・ウィンウッドとジム・キャパルディのインタビュー映像が約20分収録されており、随所にかつてのトラフィック時代の映像や写真が挿入されている。クリス・ウッドを含むトリオツアーの映像などは公式にリリースしてほしいほどだ。またDVDのほうにはボーナスCDが付録しており、1994年にスティーヴの自宅にてデモレコーディングした３曲が収録されている。
